Restaurateurs Chris and Jeff Galvin have unveiled their latest opening, at the Centurion Golf Club in Hertfordshire.

Starting out in Baker Street with their first restaurant, Bistrot de Luxe, the Galvin brothers gained a Michelin star at Galvin at Windows and Galvin La Chapelle.

Among their other projects is Galvin Demoiselle in Harrods – a classic French-style brasserie – in addition to two restaurants in Edinburgh.

British classics

The pair say their new restaurant will focus on classic British cuisine. Jeff Galvin added: ‘I was initially introduced to Centurion Club a few years ago through my passion for golf. Over the past two years we have been planning Galvin at Centurion Club and are very excited by the result.’
